Privacy Policy

Minimize (“we”, “the app”) helps you track possessions and usage. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Account information from Google Sign-In (name, email, user ID).
• Inventory data you create: categories, items, photos, usage logs, habits, and sale status.
• Basic technical logs required to operate Firebase Authentication and hosting.

How we use data

Data is used solely to provide the Minimize product across iOS and web (apps.notafra.id/beminimize), including syncing your inventory between devices.

Storage

Data is stored in Google Firebase (project coins-8f67a). Access is restricted by Firestore security rules so only you can read or write your documents.

Deletion

You may delete individual items and habits in the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, open Settings → Delete account in the iOS or web app, or email support@notafra.id with the email used to sign in.
