Logo rules in this portfolio

  • Every app gets a monogram (1–3 chars) inside a shape token — never a one-off PNG per screen.
  • Gradient comes from the color system, not a random Figma export.
  • Same logo works at favicon (32px) and hero (96px) because it is vector + token-based.
